Booking Information

A deposit payment is required to book a room for an event.  

A payment of 25% of your event package is due 180 days (6 months ) prior to your event.

Final payment, guest count and details are due 10 business days prior to your event date.

 A service fee and Kentucky state sales tax will be added to the package price.
